Definitions
In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning "the Company" means EASTBYEASTWEST Limited. "The customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by the company to the customer. Please also review our Privacy policy which can be found on the review and purchase page.

Payment & VAT
Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the company's choosing but we shall attempt to honor the customer's selection. Carriage is payable by the customer and forms part of the invoice.

All prices include VAT at the current UK rate.
If we are delivering your order to an address outside the UK, VAT can be zero rated and you will receive an adjustment to the final invoice. Please enter the code NONUKSALE in the discount code box for this to work. EU customers will usually have to pay import duty and/or VAT at the point of entry now that the UK has left the EU however with the saving you make on UK VAT it usually balances out.

Customers outside of the UK are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office. Any Import duty or tax charges are out of our control and will be invoiced to you by your local customs office. If you are concerned about these charges, we recommend that you contact your local customs authority prior to purchasing, in order to calculate the final landed price inclusive of all taxes. Failure to pay duties and tax charges may result in items being returned to us and incur further costs. In the event of items being returned to us due to non payment of duties and taxes any refund will be minus original shipping cost, minus return costs/card fees; further the item must be received back within 28 days of original order date.

Returns
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any unsuitable items returned to us up to 10 days after delivery, provided they are unworn and in saleable condition, with all original labels and swing tickets attached. Return postage is payable by the customer & all refunds or credit notes exclude the original delivery charges. If you wish to return items please see our returns policy page.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered on the same style to a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange to a different style, we ask that you first request a refund and once the return has been received and refund accepted, place a new order. We do not charge for return postage on an exchange, provided the goods were ordered & delivered in the U.K. Any orders from the EU/Europe & the rest of the world will incur a new postal charge which will need to be paid for prior to goods being shipped.

Claims
Claims arising from damage or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing (email is fine) to the company within 24hrs of delivery. If you do not contact us within 24hrs no claim can be made. The company shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the customer shall return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to the company for examination. Until these are received no action will be taken. Any claim made shall not exceed the invoice value.

Specifications
The company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The customer's statutory rights will not be affected.

Delivery
Once a parcel has been delivered & signed for it means our order to you has been completed. If someone other than the recipient signs for the goods we shall assume they have been delivered and we have upheld our side of the contract. Therefore is is your responsibility to ensure the safety of the goods at the address supplied or by whomever you authorise to sign on your behalf.
